Do you charge a percentage of our cloud bill?
No. Fixed plans with clear tracked-spend caps. If you exceed a cap, you upgrade, never a surprise cut of your AWS, Azure, or GCP invoice.
What is included in the price (taxes, APIs, support)?
List prices are before applicable sales tax / VAT, which appears on your invoice based on your billing country. Plan fees already cover cloud sync infrastructure, recommendation compute, and FinOps Agent LLM usage within each plan's fair-use quota. Heavy Agent overage on Business/Enterprise is billed or quoted separately so unit economics stay sustainable.
How does FinOps Agent usage work?
Growth includes 50 questions / month. Business includes fair use of about 500 / month, enough for daily FinOps workflows. Enterprise gets a negotiated quota. This keeps LLM API cost predictable for both sides.
How does this compare to competitors?
Enterprise FinOps tools often charge 0.5–2.5% of spend or six-figure annual contracts. Some competitors price by tracked spend and gate their AI agent to the top tier. OptCloud includes the FinOps Agent from Growth upward, with generous tracked-spend caps at every tier.
What happens if we exceed our spend cap?
You get advance notice. Data stays visible; upgrade to keep full sync. No abrupt mid-month lockout.
Can we pay annually?
Yes. Growth and Business annual billing includes 2 months free. Enterprise is typically annual, with formal invoicing.
Do paid plans include a trial?
