This Privacy Policy describes how OptCloud, Inc. collects, uses, and protects information in accordance with the LGPD, GDPR, and applicable data protection laws.
Information we collect
We collect account information, billing information, and cloud cost and usage metadata connected via read-only IAM roles. We do not collect the contents of your workloads.
How we use information
To provide, maintain and improve the platform; deliver recommendations; enforce security; and comply with legal obligations.
Data residency
Enterprise customers may select US or EU data regions. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting privacy@optcloud.com.
