By accessing or using the OptCloud platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Subscription
Access to the paid tiers requires an active subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to circumvent security controls, or use it in violation of applicable laws.
Availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. See status.optcloud.com for real-time availability and historical uptime.
Liability
OptCloud's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months prior to the claim.
